Ordering & Shipping
How quickly will my order ship?
Non-personalized orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Personalized orders are handmade just for your pup and typically ship within 2-5 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your pup's package all the way home!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been started or shipped, we may not be able to make changes
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns, but we're happy to offer exchanges if you need a different sizes.
Please contact us by email or website chat to start an exchange. Customers are responible for exchange shipping costs.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I know what size bandana my dog needs?
Our bandanas are designed with a comfortable scrunchie-style elastic that slips right over your dog's head - no tying needed!
Because every pup is different, we recommend checking our Sizing Guide before ordering.
Are all of your bandanas handmade?
Yes! Every Paws & Purpose bandana is handmade with care by us.
From our cotton bandanas to our Cool QuickDry styles, each one is thoughtfully made for the pups who are family.
Can I personalize my bandana?
Personalization is available on our cotton bandanas. Add your pup's name for an extra-special touch!
Our Cool QuickDry bandanas are not available for personalization.
How do I care for my bandana?
Proper care will help keep your pup's bandana looking its best. You can find instructions for our different bandana materials on our Care Instructions page.
WagWellies Dog Shoes
How do I choose the right WagWellies size?
We highly recommend measuring your dog's paw before ordering rather than choosing a size based only on breed or weight.
A proper fit makes a big difference in keeping your pup comfortable and helping the shoes stay securely in place.

What if my dog's WagWellies don't fit?
If you need a different size, please contact us about an exchange. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
We recommend measuring before ordering to help avoid unnecessary exchanges.
Will mt dog need time to get used to wearing wagWellies?
Yes! If your pup has never worn shoes before, that funny first walk is completely normal.
Give them a little time to adjust and introduce the shoes gradually. Lots of praise and treats don't hurt either!
